Watts PB and 2020 Objectives!

2020 is starting soon, it's time to think about objectives and projects.

What objectives will i complete? Will my project be as i'm dreaming them now? Who can tell, but we can start writing this things down here.

However, let's start by the present.





My Personal Best Watts for durations.

Those are the avg watts i held while training on an indoor smart trainer on Zwift. Certain PBs are old because i haven't tried them anymore. I hope to improve them on 2020, too!

-1 second = 790w - 13,1 watt/kg (01/11/2019)
-15 seconds = 732w - 12,1 watt/kg (01/11/2019)
-30 seconds = 531w - 8,8 watt/kg (09/03/2019)
-1 minute = 490w - 8,1 watt/kg (29/12/2019)
-2 minutes = 378w - 6,2 watt/kg (31/08/2019)
-3 minutes = 357w - 5,9 watt/kg (25/09/2019)
-5 minutes = 357w - 5,9 watt/kg (25/09/2019)
-V02max = 71 (06/03/2019)
-10 minutes = 315w - 5,2 watt/kg (25/09/2019)
-20 minutes = 295w - 4,9 watt/kg (21/09/2019)
-FTP = 280w - 4,6 watt/kg (21/09/2019)

Mmp3 and mmp5 are the same because when i did the 5 minutes record i also did the 3 minutes record and i've never tested a 3 minutes all-out anymore.

And what about gym??


My 1 RM best kg on gym.

-squat = 110 kg
-deadlift = 102,5 kg
-bench press = 65 kg


Now, let's talk about objectives!



My 2020 short/medium term objectives.

A) 300w ftp
B) do 3 Zwift Races at > 4,6 watt/kg - 20 minutes
C) 5 watt/kg - ftp
D) become Rank A+ on Zwift (i'll reach this if i complete A and B objectives)
E) do new personal records on Zwift Races on mmp15", mmp1, mmp5, mmp20


My 2020 medium/long term objectives.

A) 400w - mmp5
B) 6,6 watt/kg - mmp5
C) 5,3 watt/kg - ftp
D) improve v02max on lab test

E) 120 kg - 1RM squat


My 2020 projects.

A) finish and publish my book. My autobiography about my Zwift's Career. I'm looking forward it!
B) to improve and fill this blog
